Ebubekir Tivnikli commenced his professional journey in the Commercial Banking Sales division at Kuveyt Türk. Following this, he took on the roles of Deputy Director of Procurement at Dicle Elektrik and Director of Procurement at Eksim Holding. He has also led the Supply Chain divisions at Eksim Holding, Eksun Gıda, and Dicle Elektrik.

Currently, he holds the position of CEO and Chairman of the Board at the parent company Eksim Holding, overseeing various subsidiaries as the Chairman of the Board at Dicle Elektrik (Electric Distribution Company), Dicle Kök Enerji Yatırım (Energy Investment Group), Eksun Gıda and Aslı (Food Group), Eksim Enerji (Renewable Energy Generation Company), and Eksim Ventures (Capital Investment Company).

Mr. Tivnikli is an alumnus of Marmara University, where he earned his degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.In addition to his professional responsibilities, he has been actively engaged in various non-governmental organizations, holding several leadership roles. He presently chairs the Board of Trustees at the Abdullah Tivnikli Foundation and serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University.

Memet Atalay, born in Ağrı in 1970, graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and completed his MBA at the Faculty of Business Administration at Bilkent University. His career began in 1990 as an engineer at PTT. Over the next 24 years, he held various positions at Türk Telekom, ultimately becoming the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

In 2015, Atalay joined Eksim Holding. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of Dicle Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ.

Arkın Akbay graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1996. He began his career at Siemens Energy, where he held various managerial roles in transportation and mobility solutions for many years. In 2010, he joined Turcas Petrol as Director of Energy Projects. In 2016, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Energy and Real Estate Operations at the same company. In 2021, Akbay became the Head of the Energy Sector and CEO of Polat Holding. Since 2023, he has been serving as the CEO of Eksim Energy Group.

Hasan Abdullah Özkan completed his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland in the United States. He has applied the technical knowledge and skills acquired during his education to his career, holding various managerial and executive positions at several global companies, where he has proven himself.

From 2012 to 2016, Özkan worked as a manager in the energy group of Eksim Holding, leading significant projects in the energy sector. The knowledge and experience he gained during this period solidified his position as a leading executive in the energy industry. From 2016 to 2023, he served as the Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of the Sunar Group of Companies, where he excelled in strategic management across all sectors in which the group operated, leading to successful outcomes. During this time, he made significant contributions to the growth and strengthened the market position of the Sunar Group of Companies.

Hasan Abdullah Özkan has extensive knowledge in the agricultural industry and is recognized as an expert in this field. He also holds senior positions in various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) comprised of professional businesspeople, where he showcases his leadership skills. Through these NGOs, he contributes to the development of the business world and social projects.
As of September 2023, Özkan has been appointed as a Board Member. In this role, he actively contributes to achieving the strategic goals and corporate vision of the holding. With his extensive experience and knowledge, he supports Eksim Holding's growth and sustainability objectives as a board member. In 2025, he assumed the position of President and CEO of Eksun Food Group.

Bora Çermikli graduated from the Economics Department of Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ) and holds an Executive MBA from Boğaziçi University. He began his career as an Assistant Auditor at Osmanlı Bankası and later served as Budget Control and Treasury Manager at Akçansa. Çermikli has held CFO positions at Arçelik-LG Klima, Brisa, and the Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline Project (TANAP). He also served as General Manager of Bursa Natural Gas Distribution AŞ (Bursagaz) under Socar. With extensive experience in the energy sector, Bora Çermikli is responsible for planning and overseeing financial activities within the holding and its subsidiaries.

Dr. Hasan Alma, born in Anamur/Mersin, began his career in 2002 at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank. In 2003, he worked at Türk Telekom before joining the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) in 2005 as an Assistant Energy Expert. At EMRA, he progressed through roles as an Energy Expert, Group Head, and Department Head. In 2017, he transitioned from public service to Eksim Holding, where he initially served as the Director of Regulation and later became the Head of Audit.

Dr. Alma holds a bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (2002). He earned a master's degree in Economic Growth and Development from Gazi University (2009), and another master's degree in Energy Management from the University of Stirling (2011). He completed his PhD in Business Administration at Hacettepe University (2015) and most recently, in 2023, earned a bachelor's degree in Law from Kırıkkale University.

Mahmut Sami Saraç began his career in software development, working in various roles across different companies. From 2002 to 2005, he served as a Systems Engineer and Software Development Analyst at İDO. In 2005, he joined Eksim Holding, where he initially worked as an ERP-Software Development Analyst. Over the years, he has held positions including Project Manager, Head of R&D, and Technical Projects Manager. Since 2019, he has been serving as the Director of the CEO Office at Eksim Holding, and he currently holds the position of Deputy Chief Technology Officer.

Mahmut Sami Saraç graduated from Sakarya University with a degree in Computer Programming and from Ahmet Yesevi University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He earned his master's degree in International Trade and Money Management from Marmara University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Logistics at Istanbul University.

Osman Arıoğlu began his professional career in 1980 by joining the Board of Accountants. In 1988, he went to the UK to conduct studies on municipal revenues. Upon his return, Arıoğlu served as Deputy Director of the Istanbul Revenue Office from 1989 to 1994 and as Deputy Director General of Revenues at the Ministry of Finance from 1994 to 1999. In 1999, he briefly held the position of Director General of Revenues and was reappointed to this role in 2002. With the establishment of the Revenue Administration in 2005, Arıoğlu became its first president and remained in this position until retirement at the end of 2007.

As one of the founders of AKT Certified Public Accountancy and Independent Auditing Inc. and C.C. Construction, Arıoğlu served as a Board Member of Public Banks Joint Management and as a Board Member of Ziraat Bank from 2003 to 2008. Between 2008 and 2016, he provided financial and consultancy services. In 2016, he joined Eksim Holding, where he currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board.

Born in Sinop in 1959, Arıoğlu graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University with a degree in Economics and Finance.

Mustafa Tivnikli began his professional career as a Management Trainee in corporate commercial banking at Kuveyt Türk. In 2015, he joined Eksim Holding as a Budget Reporting Specialist. In 2017, he became the Budget Reporting Manager at Eksun Gıda. Since 2018, Mustafa Tivnikli has served as a Member of the Board of Directors and Head of Supply Chain at Eksim Holding.

Tivnikli graduated from Sabancı University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Abdullah Tivnikli Foundation.

Seyfettin Sağlam, after graduating from the Sociology Department of Middle East Technical University, completed his master's degree in International Quality Management at Marmara University. He participated in leadership programs at INSEAD (European Institute of Business Administration) and Harvard Business School. Throughout his career, Sağlam has held senior executive positions at Yıldız Holding, Ziraat Bank, Borsa Istanbul, and Turkcell. He has led company formations, acquisitions, and mergers across different sectors, and has been instrumental in redesigning and implementing HR processes.

Sağlam has served as a Board Member in companies operating in insurance, finance, and telecommunications. Since 2020, he has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Eksim Holding.

In the early years of his career, Yıldırım held managerial positions in various companies within the textile and foreign trade sectors. In 2004, he joined Eksim Holding, taking on roles in business development and project financing. He was appointed General Manager of Batı Hattı Natural Gas in 2013 and served as the head of the Energy Production Group from 2019 to 2023. Since 2023, he has continued his role as a Board Member within our group.

Yıldırım graduated from the Industrial Engineering department at Boğaziçi University and successfully completed the MBA and MAS programs at the University of Texas.

Salih Üsame Usta was born in Istanbul in 1985. He completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Istanbul Commerce University and later earned his MBA from Istanbul Bilgi University. He began his career at Mersa Elektronik ve Teknolojik Ürünler Ticaret A.Ş. as Assistant Product Manager and later held positions as Product Manager and Sales Manager at PENTA Teknoloji Ürünleri Dağıtım Ticaret A.Ş. He also served as Deputy General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Ersa İthalat ve Ticaret A.Ş.

From 2021 to 2023, Usta held the positions of Deputy General Manager of the Food Group and General Manager of Aslı. As of 2024, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Aslı.
