Dr. Hasan Alma, born in Anamur/Mersin, began his career in 2002 at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank. In 2003, he worked at Türk Telekom before joining the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) in 2005 as an Assistant Energy Expert. At EMRA, he progressed through roles as an Energy Expert, Group Head, and Department Head. In 2017, he transitioned from public service to Eksim Holding, where he initially served as the Director of Regulation and later became the Head of Audit.

Dr. Alma holds a bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (2002). He earned a master's degree in Economic Growth and Development from Gazi University (2009), and another master's degree in Energy Management from the University of Stirling (2010). He completed his PhD in Business Administration at Hacettepe University (2015) and most recently, in 2023, earned a bachelor's degree in Law from Kırıkkale University.
