Uğur Mutluhan Oruncak began his career at TRT in Turkey and continued with positions at Nortel Networks, Mitel Corporation, DMR Consulting, and Empirix/Oracle in Canada and the United States. Upon returning to Turkey, he held senior executive positions as the Director of Corporate Marketing at Türk Telekom Group and as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Türk Telekom International. In addition to his role as Head of Strategy and Business Development at Eksim Holding, Oruncak serves as a Board Member of Yolcu360, a company partnered with Eksim Holding, and is a member of the Investment Committee at Eksim Ventures.

Uğur Mutluhan Oruncak holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU) and has earned an MBA from McGill University.
