30 Billion TL Investment in 10 Years

With a vision of quality, uninterrupted, and high-efficiency electricity distribution, we meet the energyneeds of our service region while strengthening our critical position in the sector through sustainable andhuman-centered efforts. Since the privatization process of our company, which began on June 28, 2013,we have provided services with infrastructure and improvement investments nearing 30 billion TL in theprovinces of Diyarbakır, Şanlıurfa, Mardin, Batman, Siirt, and Şırnak. With these investments, we proudlyrank among the top 3 distribution companies that invest the most.

In line with this, we have established the first R&D center in the electricity distribution sector, taking technology as our guide, and we continue our innovation-focused investments. Drawing strength from the people of the region, we have increased our number of employees from 2,000 to approximately 8,000 since the privatization process, selecting our employees from our service area. With our mission to provide quality and uninterrupted energy to the 6 million people and 2.2 million subscribers in our service area, we distribute an average of 22.8 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity annually.

As part of our projects to increase energy quality and prevent unregistered use, we have initiated the smart grid transformation with an investment of 9.7 billion TL in 10 years and aim to introduce this transformation to the entire region.

Dicle Elektrik Distribution Inc. (Dicle EDAŞ) invested 402 million 400 Turkish liras in the energy infrastructure of Diyarbakır following the privatization
Şanlıurfa
Dicle Elektrik will invest approximately 14 million Turkish liras in the network infrastructure of two neighborhoods in the Suruç district of Şanlıurfa. The project will include the undergrounding of overhead lines and the installation of 5 new transformers
Mardin
The ongoing project by Dicle Elektrik to install underground power lines in Mardin is near completion. Upon completion of the project, which costs around 1 million 853 Turkish liras, an additional 60 megawatts of power will be supplied to the city center, resolving the electricity issues in Mardin
