Our call center, available at 444 69 96, offers services in four languages: Turkish, Kurdish, Arabic, and Zazaki. Additionally, the Barrier-Free Energy project enables hearing-impaired citizens to access all our services easily and quickly through video calls with interpreters proficient in sign language.
